1. Intellectual property
1.1. Intellectual property of web site and cube.nordic.ca web app (abbreviated as “site” in these terms)

cube.nordic.ca provide tools to perform structural analysis and design. The correctness of calculations is the responsibility of the user. All services by Nordic Structures are created to the best of the company's knowledge and thoroughly checked before each version release.
2.2. Warranty limitations with regard to service performance
The information herein, including the design assumptions and specifications, shall not be used for any specific project without examination and verification of its accuracy, suitability, and applicability by a licensed engineer. Nordic Structures does not guarantee that the information is suitable for any general or particular use, and assumes no responsibility for the use, application of and/or reference to the information.
3. Limitation of liability for damages
To the extent permitted by law and by any applicable regulation, Nordic Structures can in no way be held liable for any damage, direct or indirect, that may result from the use of cube.nordic.ca, including any damage associated with the loss. of profits, loss of opportunities, interruption of service or loss of data, whether or not Nordic Structures has been advised of the likelihood of such damage.
4. Applicable laws and jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec which determine their execution and interpretation. The parties agree that the courts of Quebec, Canada, district of Quebec, will have jurisdiction to hear any dispute, claim or legal action relating to these presents.
